We, the people and the friends of Pakistan, denounce and strongly protest against the curtailment of fundamental rights, the curbs on electronic and print media, attacks on independence of Judiciary, suspension of Constitution of 1973, arrests of judges, lawyers, human right activist and teachers and Martial Law which has been imposed by General Musharraf as the Cheif of Army Staff।
Pakistan was formed as a democratic state where the rule of law will reign supreme। The people of Pakistan have given great sacrifices to gain these rights of living with freedom. These right of free speech, ability to chose the government and access to fair judiciary cannot be taken away from the people at the disguise of any threat.
WHILE THE MEDIA IS BANNED AND PUBLIC GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PAKISTAN, WE ARE PLANNING A MASSIVE GLOBAL "e-Protest" TO RAISE OUR VOICE।
WE ARE TARGETING AT LEAST 1000,000 SIGNATURES ACROSS THE GLOBE। WE WILL SEND THIS PETITION TO EMBASSIES, UNITED NATIONS, HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS, POLITICIANS, GOVERNMENTS, PRESS AND MEDIA.

Do Something.
Things around us are not working in a way as they are supposed to be. There is uncertainty everywhere.
Our heroes have been blamed; the individual rights and freedom has been oppressed, the self-respect and self-esteem of our citizens has been ridiculed, our values and culture has been extremely shattered, our courage and valor has been demoralized, poor and innocent people have been murdered brutally, our brothers and sisters have turned against each other, our majority of the public have been deprived of the basic necessities of life, our talented people have always been suppressed, our true teachings of Islam have been abolished from the modern education for youngsters, our institutions have been privatized!!!
I don’t talk about a long history of what has been happening to us but only a short recent events that has occurred only a couple of years now to develop the understanding and setting a goal for ourselves. Events including the Laal Masjid, Chief Justice Case, Attack on Media Channels, Bombing in Karachi, Banning the entry of Pakistani Nationals in Pakistan, Deporting of Pakistanis forcefully by creating a drama, killing people in tribal areas for the sake of faithfulness, Self detonation attacks in Troop camps and political demonstrations, attack on Religious institutions, open threats to each other and banning the entry of Pakistani National to enter into the specific area, 17th Amendment in Legislation, Presidential elections, Revival of cinema in Pakistan, banning true religious channels, social, modern & Liberal activism, Imposing Emergency in Country, privatization of Government backbone institutions, Suspending the Chief Justice, banning all private channels for propagating through government channels, arresting Political leaders ……etc
Everything that I observe around me is not what and how it has to be. Our leaders are supposed to be our protectors and act like a shield for us but they act like furious dogs to us, most of the time chasing and biting us, and pet dogs to those who desires not good for us all Muslims. Is all this things happen in a civilized cultures and societies???
At least being a Pakistani citizen and Muslim please register your protest for what is happening around you by writing on the net or through mail or wearing black ribbon on the biceps or ribbon on the wrists or supporting the movements which are right or what ever you think is suitable for the protest do it in groups for showing our solidarity.
Be on a right side or be on the wrong side but do it openly and bravely not cowardly because we, the Muslims, Fear no God but Allah. Don't just stand outside of all it and pretend to be neutral because there is no neutral thing in Islam either you have to be on the HAQ or BATAIL no concept of neutrality. Neutrality is basically rascality. Please do something.
Muslims are meant to rule this world and spread peace and prosperity but unfortunately today we have been ridiculed and accused of all the ill happening around in the world because we have left the true teachings of Islam and our guider "The QURAN", its actual understanding and leadership enclosed in it. Whatever bad happens is automatically tagged or associated with Muslims thanks to our selfish, materialistic and shameless political leaders, some religious preachers and media.
I request all of you to please understand what the western lobby is trying to do and how their malice and ill motives are going to harm Muslims and Islam. Try to bring as many people together as possible and struggle and hope that someday we will be able to bring change.
Khuda ney aaj tak uss quoom ki halat nahi badli
Na ho khial gis ko aap apni halat key badalney ka
